ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Erway Agency is looking for a motivated and dependable Intern to join our Larned team.

This internship is designed for a college student who wants hands-on experience in business, insurance, sales, marketing, and customer service. You’ll work alongside our team, learn how a successful insurance agency operates, and have the opportunity to contribute to real business goals.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you’re organized, comfortable talking with people, and interested in gaining practical business experience, this could be a great opportunity to start building your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the team with day-to-day agency operations and business goals.
Provide friendly, professional support to customers.
Help respond to customer questions and requests.
Learn how insurance products and coverage options help customers manage risk.
Assist with customer follow-up and relationship-building activities.
Support agency sales and marketing initiatives.
Help with community outreach, marketing, and agency projects.
Work alongside team members on projects that improve the agency and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
Interest in business, insurance, financial services, sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable with good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Comfortable interacting professionally with customers and team members.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Larned, KS and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
